Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Principal to lead the school’s academic programs, staff development, and administration, while fostering an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership aligned with the school’s mission.

Oversee curriculum, teaching practices, and student performance.

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff.

Build strong parent and community partnerships.

Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education (PhD preferred).

8–10 years of teaching/administrative experience, with 3–5 years in leadership.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to modern educational trends and inspire faculty and students.
