Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the UX strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
Lead end-to-end design processes for high-impact initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
Influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights and design thinking.
Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders and executives.
Lead the adoption of AI-powered design tools to improve team efficiency and output quality
Mentor designers on effective AI tool usage while maintaining design quality and originality

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal role.
Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and design leadership.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise or SaaS product design.
Background in user research or service design.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Thought leadership through talks, articles, or community involvement.
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance the design process.
