Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead and manage our institution in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic excellence, operational efficiency, faculty management, and student development, while ensuring the institution’s mission and values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school/college.
• Ensure academic excellence by implementing innovative teaching methods and curriculum improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff to maintain high educational standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Engage with parents, students, and the community to strengthen relationships and partnerships.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic student development.
• Drive initiatives for institutional growth and recognition at state/national level.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in education, including substantial leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of improving academic performance and institutional reputation.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
