Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead our institution in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and driving the institution’s growth and reputation through effective leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the institution, aligning with its vision, mission, and values.
• Oversee academic operations, curriculum development, and quality of instruction.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
• Foster an environment that promotes academic rigor, innovation, and student success.
• Engage with parents, students, alumni, and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to optimize institutional efficiency.
• Organize and promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development.
• Represent the institution at public forums, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or related discipline (Doctorate preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in the education sector, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of improving academic outcomes and institutional growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to inspire faculty, staff, and students toward excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
