Principal Technical Account Representative (TAM)

You will be responsible for developing and managing Oracle customer relationships by forming long-term relationships with key customer contacts. Your work will involve applying advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization. You will provide direction and mentorship to junior team members, understand customers" industry drivers, organization structure, key projects, goals, critical success factors, technical infrastructure, and roadmap. Collaboration with sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify appropriate solutions will be a key aspect of your role. You will coordinate the delivery of Oracle services, acting as the primary delivery contact for the customer, facilitating communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business. Your responsibilities will include delivering to contracted terms, efficiently utilizing Oracle delivery resources, achieving contract margin and revenue objectives, identifying and submitting delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals, acting as a point of contact for major incidents, establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with customers at management and executive levels, performing scope and risk management, contributing to Oracle delivery organizational process improvement and tool development initiatives, and conducting periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews.
