Principal/ Teacher (ETT Specialization)

Job Title: Principal (Part-Time) – ETT Specialization

Location: Gharuan , Mohali

Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 2 days per week

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree (MA) and MA in Education
• Specialization in ETT (Elementary Teacher Training)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Punjabi typing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic and administrative functions of the institution
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation for ETT program
• Supervise teaching staff and maintain quality standards
• Oversee student performance and discipline
• Prepare reports, schedules, and official communication in Punjabi
• Liaise with educational boards and authorities as required

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in Punjabi and English (written & spoken)
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Employment Type: Part-Time (2 days a week)
