We are looking for a talented and motivated Solutions Architect to join our Technology team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop cross-cutting solutions that integrate and scale our technology platform. You will play a crucial role in driving critical initiatives that align with Arcesium's strategic objectives and growth trajectory. Responsibilities include understanding the capabilities of the Arcesium technology platform, designing and implementing solutions to enhance integration and scalability, establishing a collaboration framework for internal teams, building relationships with stakeholders, preparing R&D programs, managing risks, recommending process improvements, communicating with stakeholders, and mentoring peers in project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with at least 8 years of experience in building technology solutions. Proficiency in distributed systems architecture, cloud development, API integrations, DevOps philosophy (especially Docker and Kubernetes), and programming languages such as Python or Java is essential. Experience with Agile, Kanban, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), project management tools, and strong problem-solving skills are required. The ability to work independently, think critically, and collaborate effectively as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.
