Principal Software Engineer

As a FullStack Individual Contributor, you should be capable of coding at speed and taking full product ownership. **Key Responsibilities:** - End to end coding from software architecture to managing scaling of high throughput (100,000 RPS) high volume transactions. - Discuss business requirements and timelines with management, creating a task plan for junior members. - Manage the day-to-day activities of all team members and report their work progress. - Mentor the team on best coding practices and ensure modules are deployed on time. - Manage security vulnerabilities. - Be a full individual contributor, capable of working in a team as well as independently. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8 years of experience as a full stack Java/JavaScript Developer. - Proficient in Micro Services and Distributed Systems. - Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Load Balancing, Serverless) and Kubernetes. - Strong backend programming skills in Node.js, MongoDB, Java Spring, and PostgreSQL. - Proficiency in frontend programming using React.js with Micro frontend. - Knowledge of queuing systems like Kafka. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
