Job Description

The Opportunity:

Lead, drive and implement highly scalable and complex enterprise solutions using cloud technologies
Serve as a thought leader, mentor and advocate for best practices concerning Architecture, Engineering
Define best practices, standards for development and deployment
Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectives
Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
Lead and/or participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework
Produce high quality code according to design specifications
Utilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defects
Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with 14+ years of enterprise product development experience
Strong hands-on experience in cloud technologies and microservices with high scalability. strong in AWS, serverless technologies.
A strong understanding of Enterprise level Application Architecture, System Design
Ability to define and drive High level and Low level design
Good knowledge on algorithm design and analysis, including knowledge of data structures and design patterns

Strong knowledge on web technologies
Strong experience in database design, development and tuning.
Good understanding of performance and security aspects of software development
Knowledge of JavaScript web frameworks: Marionette, Backbone, RequireJS, JQuery
Experience to build automation and test automation using CI/CD
Experience to container products such as Docker
