Key Responsibilities

Architect & Develop Core Systems

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise cloud AI platform services.
• Drive evolution of microservices architecture to enhance performance, resilience, and developer productivity.
  

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of learning.
• Establish and enforce best practices for developing cutting-edge AI solutions.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with AI research, engineering, product, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead architectural reviews and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
  

AI Innovation & Exploration

• Explore and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to implement GenAI and ML solutions in production.
  

Quality, Security & Compliance

• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and robust security practices.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, privacy laws, and internal policies.
  

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, ML/AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  

Technical Expertise:

• 12+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, and scalable storage solutions.
• Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
  

AI/ML & Data Skills:

• Deep experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on with GenAI technologies, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.
  

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering projects end-to-end.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
