The Windows team is growing a Centre of Excellence in Microsoft, India with a broad portfolio of applications to help innovate on the next version of Windows. Responsibilities We are looking for excellent engineers who are strong Full stack developers who can take the product to customers with high quality and eye-catching features. Influence and align the product vision by collaborating with customers, partners, product management and engineering teams. Mentor a team of high-caliber Software Engineers, ensuring project and development excellence and technical leadership. Deliver high quality results with full ownership and take the product to next level. Create a strong team culture of engineering excellence, customer passion, collaboration, diversity and inclusion. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience shipping commercial software using React, .Net, Azure, Kubernetes and AI. You will also be sharing responsibilities with your team members in providing live support and maintenance for our cloud deployments to meet or exceed our SLAs. Strong design, coding, debugging, teamwork, partnership and communication skills.
