Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Principal Software Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience in Java Full Stack development to join our team at BLACKBAUD SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
Experience with Spring Boot framework and Hibernate database interactions.
Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
