You ll be a technical thought leader, playing a crucial role in transforming the way we deliver digital experiences to members and stakeholders around the world.
What You ll Do

Design, build, and test reliable and scalable software components using C# and .NET 8 for cloud-native environments.

Collaborate with agile teams and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Lead technical planning and provide strategic input on platform selection, vendor engagement, and development operations.

Champion DevSecOps practices, observability, and automation through CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern monitoring tools.

Guide code quality and software craftsmanship by setting coding standards, conducting peer reviews, and mentoring engineers.

Own the transition of applications into production and ensure long-term supportability and maintainability.

Contribute to the organization s knowledge base and support onboarding of new developers.

Research and recommend emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cost-optimization efforts, including on-call support as needed.
What You ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
-
10+ years of experience with object-oriented programming using foundational principles (e.g., SOLID).
-
Proven expertise in designing and developing applications using C#, .NET Core/8 on Azure or AWS platforms.
-
Strong experience with REST/gRPC APIs, asynchronous messaging, and cloud-native workflows.
-
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
-
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation).

Experience in Agile environments with leadership responsibilities and a collaborative mindset.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

High integrity in handling confidential or sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python scripting for automation or data handling.

Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hubs).

Background in migrating monoliths to microservices or cloud platforms.

Knowledge of regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.

Relevant certifications: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

Track record of translating complex technical ideas for business stakeholders.

Adaptability to fast-paced, distributed teams and commitment to continuous improvement.

Expected salary Range: 4,000,000 - 4,500,000 INR
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% provident fund contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
