Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Full-Stack Developer (Angular, .NET, Power Platform) located in Mumbai, India . This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning and governing the enterprise application ecosystem, ensuring security, compliance, and modernization across all Angular and .NET applications, and leading the Power Platform Center of Excellence ( CoE ) . The ideal candidate combines strong architectural vision with hands-on development skills to drive innovation and enforce governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and develop enterprise applications using Angular, .NET Core, and Power Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and modernization hands-on coding is expected.
- Provide technical leadership, actively contributing to coding, solution design, and troubleshooting across all development phases.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including upgrading or re-platforming legacy applications to the latest technologies for improved performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and govern the Power Platform Center of Excellence ( CoE ) by defining standards, best practices, and governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components.
- Architect and implement secure, high-performing REST APIs and integrate them seamlessly with front-end applications.
- Lead to b uild scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps) and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Apply a product-centric approach to design solutions that are scalable, reusable, and adaptable for multiple business units, external customers, and multi-tenant environments.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions to track KPIs, improve user experience, and reduce application maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with Dow enterprise architects to define architecture strategies and ensure adherence to development and architecture standards.
- Set and enforce code review processes, leveraging automation where possible, and define development quality KPIs.
- Continuously adopt and promote Microsoft best practices, libraries, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
- Integrate AI capabilities (Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, AI Builder) into applications to enable intelligent automation and enhanced user experiences.
- Lead application governance processes, including re-authorization, ownership verification, and enforcement of security and compliance policies.
- Manage Agile delivery, overseeing sprints and all SDLC phases requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (product owners, business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers) across the U.S., India, and China to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop test automation strategies and scripts to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance through compliance with Dow development standards.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of innovation, security-first development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- bachelors degree in IT discipline OR minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelors degree
- Around 12 years of experience in full-stack development with Angular and .NET Core.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications and leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of application governance, security frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Azure services.
- Experience integrating AI and automation technologies into enterprise solutions.
- Proven Agile project management and SDLC leadership.
- Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate) are a plus.
