Core Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

• Programming Deliverables:

  Lead and execute programming deliverables for high-complexity projects or multiple moderate complexity studies.

• Team Management:

  Oversee the programming team s deliverables to ensure project objectives are achieved within timelines and quality standards.

• Dataset Creation and Validation:

• Safety and Efficacy Analysis:

  Create and validate safety and efficacy analysis datasets in compliance with CDISC and client-specific standards.

• Macros and Specifications:

  Develop study-specific or general macros, and finalize programming specifications and mock-ups.

• Documentation and Compliance:

• Adherence:

  Follow programming specifications and study-specific requirements, including documentation and filing.

• Troubleshooting:

  Address and resolve programming issues promptly and efficiently.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Team Coordination:

  Communicate effectively with the biostatistics team, remote teams, and senior management to meet study goals.

• Client Relations:

  Develop and maintain client relationships through effective project management and communication.

• Project Management:

• Time Management:

  Plan, organize, and prioritize workload to adhere to project timelines.

  Participate in department initiatives, including knowledge sharing, literature reviews, and process enhancements.

  Proven experience in SAS programming.

  Subject matter expert in SDTM and ADaM datasets.
