PRINCIPAL, PRODUCT MANAGER

As a leader in the supply chain group at Walmart Global Tech, Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects. Your role will involve identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and providing resources to ensure business needs are being met. You will also provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, promote company policies and standards, and ensure compliance with them. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present and clearly articulate product strategy to company leadership - Manage a high-performing team, coaching and guiding them to build supply chain products that solve complex problems - Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities for Item, Inventory, Replenishment, Transportation, Warehouse, and Store Management Systems - Collaborate with multiple product and business functional teams across various geographical regions and Walmart markets - Make data-driven decisions to navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities, focusing on enterprise and end customer value **Qualifications Required:** - Advanced/masters degree in engineering or management is preferred - 12+ years of software experience with 3-4 years of leading product teams and product portfolio - Effective communicator with the ability to advise senior leadership and partner effectively - Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments Walmart Global Tech is a team within the world's leading retailer, dedicated to making a significant impact and driving retail disruption through innovative technology solutions.
