We have Opening for Principal Officer with a Leading Private Equity Firm !!! Experience: 5+ Years Education: CA/ CS/ MBA Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad) Working Days: 5 Days (WFO) Key Responsibilities: Support for the investment procedure. This entails conducting business and industry research as well as communicating with potential investment possibilities and investment bankers. At the time of investing, an outside accounting company was in charge of overseeing the accounting due diligence.This entails defining their areas of interest, directing their research, and formulating suggestions. Collaborating with law firms to ensure that the Fund's interests are safeguarded and that the commercial understanding is completely covered. Creating reports for the investors and the rest of the team after reviewing and analyzing the monthly MIS. Collaborating closely with investee firms' management. creating and evaluating MIS for investee businesses and monitoring their performance. input on performance updates, new business prospects, and areas for development to investee companies.
