Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the nursing college, ensuring the institution’s growth and reputation. Curriculum Development Faculty Development Administrative Duties Student Guidance: Advise and mentor students, ensuring their academic and professional growth. Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure the program maintains accreditations and meets regulatory requirements. Research and Development: Encourage and oversee faculty and student research activities, promoting the creation and dissemination of new knowledge in the field of nursing. Required Qualifications: 1. M.Sc. (N) with a minimum of 15 years of total experience. 2. Minimum of 12 years in teaching with a demonstrable track record of academic excellence. 3. At least 5 years of experience in a collegiate program. Preferred Qualifications: 1. A Ph.D. in Nursing or a related field. 2.
