Location: G D Goenka Public School, Arrah, Bihar

Reports To: School Chairman/Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our school, ensuring academic excellence and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:-

➡ Provide visionary leadership and manage daily school operations.

➡ Align curriculum with CBSE standards and promote innovative teaching.

➡ Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance appraisals.

➡ Support student development in academics, extracurriculars, and personal growth.

➡ Engage with parents and the community; maintain strong relationships.

➡ Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and manage school resources.

Qualifications:-➡

Master's Degree

➡ Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is essential.

➡ Minimum 10 years of teaching experience; 3 years in a leadership role.

➡ Proven experience managing a CBSE-affiliated school.

Skills and Competencies:

➡ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

➡ In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.

➡ Proficiency in educational technology and administrative software.
