Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and development of full stack web applications (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges.
Uphold coding best practices and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical growth and continuous learning.
Ensure deliverables meet Oracle's quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and support the adoption of modern software engineering practices.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design patterns, data structures, and scalable designs.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD).
Solid experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
