Job Description

As a Principal Engineer in the Technology Development Device Characterization group at Micron Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology development by taking ownership of advanced electrical device characterization on cutting-edge memory and storage solutions. Your responsibilities will involve proposing innovative test structures and measurement methodologies to evaluate device parameters, utilizing your semiconductor instrumentation expertise to troubleshoot complex measurement issues, and analyzing device data to provide meaningful insights to customers. Collaboration with various engineering teams across process integration, process development, design, product, and quality & reliability will be essential in this role. Key responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the TD ECHAR Lab, overseeing DC & RF measurement capabilities - Collaborating with the Global Engineering Labs (GEL) to address Tester Infrastructure needs and enhance the Measurement Framework - Applying RF characterization expertise to troubleshoot device issues - Leading NAND device characterization efforts as part of Technology development Micron Technology, Inc. is a global leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, dedicated to transforming the way information is utilized to enhance the quality of life for all individuals.
