Principal Engineer - React Js & Node Js - Chennai

As a Full Stack Principal Engineer specializing in JavaScript at a leading food and beverage company with 500+ stores worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within your product team. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and developing scalable and performant web applications using React.js with Next.js for front-end and Node.js for API development. - Mentoring a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. - Advocating a culture of quality and innovation, promoting Extreme Programming ways of working. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in Agile processes, and conducting code reviews. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems, including internal and third-party systems. - Leveraging your experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and familiarity with e-commerce solutions. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their impact on the product roadmap. - Promoting continuous improvement, performance optimization, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
