Principal Engineer - Pavement

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Principal Engineer to join the UK iCRC team in NBengaluru. You will collaborate with the civil team and our UK discipline to plan and manage project delivery. Your responsibilities will include ensuring design adequacy, compliance with standards and legislation, resource management (time, cost, and quality), and UK/International pavement engineering knowledge. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in pavement design and investigation, as well as knowledge and/or experience in road and pavement engineering projects. You should be able to understand the scope and responsibilities across various engineering disciplines and project support groups. Experience in pavement investigation projects for maintenance design and failure investigation is essential, along with knowledge of materials behavior underlying standard specifications. Additionally, familiarity with roads operation, maintenance, and renewal practices is crucial. Strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent communication abilities, are desired for this role.,
