Principal Engineer - Mechanical

3. Identify and implement new technologies, materials, and processes to improve the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of mechanical systems and components.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a master s degree or PhD preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful product development projects.

- Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and testing, with experience in CAD software and simulation tools.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of engineers.
