Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing reliability engineering strategies to ensure the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our Thermal Products. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product, design, manufacturing, service, and quality, to ensure that reliability engineering principles are incorporated at the product design stage. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage reliability engineering processes such as failure mode analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) analysis. - Analyze and resolve reliability issues, including conducting Root Cause Analysis for field and production line testing failures and working on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Develop and maintain Reliability Metrics, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), as well as failure rate metrics in collaboration with service teams. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards throughout the product life cycle, including discontinuation and transition to future/new generation products. - Monitor product results, prepare management reports, and participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and tools such as FMEA, FTA, and RBD. - Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions. - Familiarity with reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and failure rate calculations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
