Work Location:

MCUs, RTOS-based development, and customer-facing project execution

What Youll Do

Develop, debug, and optimize embedded applications on microcontrollers (Bare-metal & RTOS).
Work directly with global customers (US/Europe) for requirement discussions, reviews & value additions.
Lead project execution across the full lifecycle requirements, design, development, code reviews, testing & documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior team members.
Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and technical evaluations.
Participate in interviews and contribute to growing the engineering team.

Key Skills

Strong in
C programming
, debugging & embedded problem-solving.
Experience with
MCUs/MMPs
like PIC, ST, Atmel, NXP, TI.
Practical experience with
RTOS
(FreeRTOS, ThreadX) and real-time application development.
Familiar with
connectivity protocols
– BLE, Zigbee, RF, Z-Wave (preferred).
Good understanding of
Git
, static analysis tools, and debugging tools (e.g., J-Link).
Optional/Preferred:
C++ (OOPS), QT/Embedded GUI
, hardware schematic review, logic analyzer/DSO usage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
