Principal Engineer - Civil/Structural Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the entire Civil/Structural Engineering Department's design activities, including Building, Superstructure, and Foundation design, detailed engineering, work specification preparation, cost estimation, updating design procedures, identifying training needs, and more. You should be well-versed with industry norms, International Codes, and Standards relevant to Refinery/Petrochemical Plant projects. Your organizational skills will be essential in motivating and leading your team to meet strict deadlines and perform efficiently under pressure.
