Principal Engineer Civil/Structural Engineering

The incumbent for this position should hold a Degree in Civil Engineering (BE / B Tech) from a reputed University. With 15 to 20 years of experience, including at least 8 years in Consultancy / Design Engineering / EPC Organization related to Refinery / Petrochemical Plant, the candidate will be responsible for the entire Civil / Structural Engineering Department. Responsibilities will include overseeing design activities for Building, Superstructure & Foundation design, preparing work specifications, cost estimation, updating design procedures, identifying training needs, and more. Familiarity with industry norms, International Codes, and Standards is a must. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills to lead the team effectively, ensure motivation, meet strict deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
