About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex electrical engineering projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers.

• Oversee and manage large-scale electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs for various applications
• Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of power systems and electrical networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing
• Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance processes
  

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and industrial applications
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Expertise in power system design, analysis, and optimization
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and Revit
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies is a plus
• Expert professionalism in Revit
