Principal CSS EBS HRMS Engineer

An experienced functional consultant with a solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices in the area of Human Resources is needed for our team. You should be capable of working independently to deliver high-quality work products, perform diverse and complex duties, and exercise independent judgment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to comprehend requirements, functionality, and business processes. You will be expected to translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services, evaluate implemented solutions, develop test plans and procedures, and support Oracle HCM products and services as per the contractual agreement. Additionally, you will work on resolving Customer SRs, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, providing work estimates, and staying updated on Oracle's products/solutions offerings for the specified HR area. The ideal candidate should have 6-10+ years of implementation experience in Human Capital Management solutions, including expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle SaaS. Previous consulting experience, business analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, and Oracle Cloud Certification will be advantageous. You should possess excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, self-motivation, teamwork skills, willingness to travel, experience in global/matrixed/remote teams, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. With 6-10+ years of overall experience in relevant functional roles, you will be at career level IC4.
