Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. They should feel confident when speaking and leading conversations with stakeholders and while asking questions. Experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain is essential.

Responsibilities:

. Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

. Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions partnering with business and technology teams.

. Develop and present comprehensive business solutions to stakeholders

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business processes and systems.

. Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

. Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at all levels.
