Role Summary: We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Digital PLM and Digital Thread solutions to join our innovative team at Wipro Technologies. This pivotal role is intended for a professional who brings more than 12 years of experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, showcasing an impressive history of leading multiple successful end-to-end PLM implementations. Suitable candidates should have expertise using tools such as Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. The individual will spearhead all PLM initiatives, driving proactive demand generation through consultative selling while adeptly addressing client RFIs and RFPs. Collaborating with a talented team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our practice by delivering superior solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities Leverage expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM and Digital Thread technologies to provide transformative strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client objectives. Perform comprehensive needs assessments and gap analyses to accurately ascertain client requirements, subsequently recommending tailored PLM solutions that align with their business functions. Create and conduct dynamic pre-sales presentations, delivering powerful demonstrations and highly persuasive proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. Identify and engage potential clients to foster new business avenues through proactive outreach and networking, thus expanding the companys portfolio of services. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client inquiries, crafting detailed, customized proposals that address the unique needs of each client. Collaborate effectively with sales teams to formulate and implement robust sales strategies that enhance outreach, drive revenue, and increase market share. Support the creation of comprehensive project plans, coordinate resource allocation, and devise effective risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining deep insights into their business goals and challenges to provide tailor-made solutions. Remain abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform clients, enhancing their value proposition through innovative solutions. Mentor junior consultants effectively, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, skill improvement, and professional advancement within your team. Qualifications Candidates must possess: At least 12 years of substantial experience within the PLM sector, demonstrating considerable expertise in related technologies and processes. A solid track record with at least one complete PLM implementation experience utilizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. Robust comprehension of digital thread concepts and their practical applications in various PLM environments, supporting impactful system integrations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike. Extensive exposure to pre-sales functions, including deal creation, solution design, proposal crafting, and persuasive client presentations. Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset that promotes robust decision-making. Demonstrated ability to function effectively in both collaborative team settings and independent initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
