Principal / Centre Head

Job Description: As the Principal at SSCT Bright Kidz Pre-school Chikkabanavara in Bengaluru North, you will have a full-time on-site role. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing academic programs, managing staff, maintaining student discipline, and ensuring the overall administration of the school. This will involve curriculum development, teacher training, parent communication, coordinating school events, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage teams effectively, mentor staff, and provide leadership in an educational setting. - Utilize academic and administrative skills for curriculum development, budgeting, and school administration. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with staff, parents, and the wider school community. - Ensure compliance with educational regulations and stay updated on compliance requirements. - Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve issues efficiently. - Preferably bring prior experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting. - Hold a Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
