Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Drive architecture, design, and development ofmission
critical systems using C++, C#, any front
end technologies, and Azure.Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team.
End to End Ownership: Take full ownership of featurelifecyclesdesign, development, testing, deployment, and supportensuring quality and scalability.
Hands on Development: Be deeply involved in coding, especiallyin C++, and contribute to complex backend and frontend features across thestack.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion Test
DrivenDevelopment (TDD), clean coding, and modern software engineering practices.Lead code reviews and enforce high standards.
System Reliability and Monitoring: Ensure the availability andperformance of production systems. Drive the resolution of issues with minimal downtime.
DevOps and CI/CD: Leverage GitHub for version control andparticipate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Cross
Functional Collaboration: Work closely with productmanagers, designers, and engineering leadership to align business goals withtechnical deliverables.
Innovation & Technical Direction: Evaluate and introducenew tools, technologies, and methodologies that improve software quality,performance, and developer productivity.

Required Qualifications:

10 - 13 years of professional experience in software development with a strongfocus on C++(must have) and C#.
Proficiency in front end technologies including any front endtechnologies (React.js, Angular.js, NPM, Webpack, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud
nativeapplication development.
Strong expertise in SQL Server for designing and optimizingrelational databases.
Hands on experience with GitHub and modern CI/CD practices.
Solid understanding of TDD, unit testing frameworks, andautomated testing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, andhigh
performance software solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
