Job Description

As a Business/Functional/Application Consultant, your role will involve providing support in software product testing & validation, business process development, configuration & implementation of software applications on client/internal projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting end to end system testing activities - Utilizing your knowledge of the Japanese language - Understanding application and business processes to translate them into test scenarios - Performing formal system validation and other SDLC documentation activities such as authoring Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix, Test Summary Report, etc. - Creating and executing automation/manual test scripts - Managing issues/bugs in the ticketing management system (JIRA) - Drafting business/functional requirements & improvements for software products - Configuring and mapping business processes for drug safety and pharmacovigilance clients in Japan - Utilizing SQL knowledge - Applying Testing methodologies and RDBMS expertise Minimum Qualifications: - Tech, B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (Tech/computer Science) or equivalent - A minimum of 6 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint - Experience with Oracle Database - SQL knowledge - Japanese Language Certification (N3/N2) Please note that the job requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,
