Principal Associate Category Management (Beauty & Personal Care)

As the Senior Manager - Category Management at Myntra, your role is crucial in driving the growth and success of the Beauty & Personal Care category. You will be the business owner for the assigned categories, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities include: - Possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables affecting the business, owning forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on the business - Developing and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance customer experience - Guiding commercial relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and performance - Managing the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing to inventory management - Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and securing marketing funds - Creating business plans for new opportunities and executing project plans for feature launches - Conducting financial analysis to meet revenue and profitability targets - Understanding customer needs to drive the delivery of exceptional shopping experiences - Leading and developing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives Qualifications & Experience: - 4+ years of strategy experience in category management/brand management - Experience in beauty category management is desirable - Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Proficiency in vendor negotiations, pricing, inventory management, and product development - Customer-centric approach and ability to build positive working relationships - MBA with relevant business experience Join Myntra's dynamic team and be part of a place full of exciting opportunities and great learning in the Beauty & Personal Care category.,
