Principal Architect

As a Principal Architect, your role is to lead the architectural design and planning process for various projects, ensuring that designs align with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial in driving the strategic vision of architectural projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product innovation, technology roadmap, and provide a long-term vision to module teams. - Author system-level high-level design documents for cross-functional microservices. - Improve, re-architect, or develop new algorithms for enhanced functional performance. - Conduct simulations to achieve breakthrough functional and technical performance. - Innovate and identify patentable solutions for product/technical requirements. - Ensure proper certification and compliance requirements are integrated into product designs. - Act as a focal point of technology for product, engineering, and critical teams. - Participate in strategic planning for the product vision and roadmap. - Play a pivotal role in the company's transition to a complete SaaS/PaaS product. - Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies to enhance the technical platform and developer experience. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute. Specialization in Computer Science certifications is an added advantage. - Over 10 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 1+ year in a senior architect role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, or other programming languages. Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Good to Have: - Proficiency in Erlang, Elixir, or Scala. Strong mathematical background. - Exposure to analytics and machine learning. - Ability to lead and mentor individuals.,
