Lead the end-to-end architectural design and development of premium residential (villas, bungalows) and commercial (malls, complexes) projects.
Translate client vision into innovative, functional, and aesthetically superior design concepts.
Oversee design planning, space utilization, and material selection aligned with project goals and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and timely project execution.
Review and approve architectural drawings, working plans, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
Provide creative direction, mentor design teams, and uphold high-quality design standards throughout project lifecycle.
Monitor site execution to ensure architectural integrity and resolve design challenges promptly.
