Principal Advanced Services Engineer

Role Overview: You are a talented Cloud Oracle DBA with excellent technical skills in the area of Cloud DBA administration. Your role involves troubleshooting, applying changes, fixing Exa Cloud@customer related problems, and thinking at scale. You will be managing Exadata cloud@customer connected to hundreds of DBs and mission-critical systems. This hands-on job requires you to work with Oracle's world-class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team - Solve extremely complex and critical customer issues - Work with very limited guidance from management - Report to management on customer status and technical matters regularly - Provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees Qualifications: - BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems - Mandatory skills in RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden gate - Proficiency in MSSQL and Postgress - Career Level - IC4 About the Company: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, using tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
