Track and reconcile planned vs. actual productivity savings across the BI&R portfolio. Prepare reports for financial governance reviews. PMO Operations & Standardization Own templates, trackers, and PMO operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, retrospectives, and cadence reviews. Drive standardization of documentation, process hygiene, and operating model consistency. Communication & Collaboration Collaboration with cross-fucntional teams Summarize key actions and insights from cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare executive-ready presentations and communication briefs. Qualifications MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SP Jain, MDI, etc.) or relevant post-graduate degree in Business, Analytics, or Operations. Project Management certifications are preferred (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Lean/Six Sigma certification). Experience 4+ years (for Top Tier institutions) / 6+ years (for other institutions) of experience in PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or project coordination roles. Prior experience in large-scale teams, preferably in analytics, technology, or enterprise transformation environments. Skills Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote). Experience working with Power BI or basic data handling/visualization is a plus.
