About the Role

The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, nurturing students’ academic growth, and supporting their overall development in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons as per the school curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning activities
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Ed qualification (mandatory)
• Prior teaching experience at the primary level (preferred)
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
