Primary & Pre-Primary Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Design and implement a comprehensive primary & pre-primary curriculum following CBSE standards.
• Supervise and provide guidance to pre-primary teachers.
• Evaluate and enhance teaching methods to ensure high-quality education.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents and address their concerns effectively.
• Organize staff meetings and professional development workshops.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-primary educational setting.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
