Primary Mathematics Teacher (Cambridge Curriculum)

As a Primary Teacher for Mathematics with experience in teaching the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, your role will involve: - Delivering engaging and age-appropriate mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum. - Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment to facilitate learning. - Developing lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that meet Cambridge learning objectives. - Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. - Preparing students for Cambridge Primary Checkpoint assessments and internal evaluations. - Monitoring and reporting on students" progress while providing timely feedback. - Maintaining student records, contributing to report writing, and engaging in parent-teacher meetings. - Collaborating with colleagues to create cross-curricular learning experiences. - Participating in school events, training sessions, and professional development programs. - Ensuring discipline, safety, and fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere. To be considered for this role, you should possess: - Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Education with a specialization in Mathematics. - Preferably hold a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. - Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum. - Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and a genuine passion for teaching the subject. - A dedication to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching.
