Female Primary Grades Mathematics Teacher : Job Title: Female Mathematics Teacher – Primary Grades Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Academic Coordinator / Principal Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Mathematics Teacher to join our primary grades teaching team. The ideal candidate will inspire young learners to develop strong foundational math skills through engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate instruction. She should demonstrate a deep understanding of child development, innovative teaching strategies, and a commitment to academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons for primary grade levels (Grades 1–5). Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love for numbers. Use a variety of instructional strategies and tools (visual, hands-on, digital) to accommodate diverse learning styles. Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments. Provide regular feedback to students and communicate progress with parents. Incorporate real-life applications of math to help students relate to the subject. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed preferred). Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the primary level. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passionate about working with young children and nurturing their learning. Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and digital tools. Ability to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Female candidates only, as this role is intended for girls' primary section. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with [Insert curriculum used, e.g., CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB, etc.]. Training in child psychology or early childhood education. Proficiency in using smart boards and educational technology. Multilingual abilities (English proficiency is a must). Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
