Primary Grade incharge

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Incharge for the Foundational Stage who will be responsible for academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher supervision. The role involves leading a team of around 20 teachers while also conducting classroom teaching to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in foundational/primary grades.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy framework, and experiential learning approaches.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in early childhood and primary education pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance classroom teaching with administrative responsibilities.
