Job Description

1. Teaching & Learning

Plan and deliver daily English lessons following the school curriculum.
Teach phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
Use storytelling, activities, and interactive methods to make learning engaging.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets as required.
Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain records.

2. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, supportive classroom environment.
Address individual learning needs and provide remedial support when required.
Encourage student participation, confidence building, and communication skills.

3. Student Development & Support

Promote reading habits through activities like reading circles, library sessions, and class discussions.
Monitor social and emotional well-being of students and support them when needed.
Provide feedback to students to improve academic and language proficiency.

4. Coordination & Communication

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic events, and school functions.
Collaborate with other teachers for integrated learning and co-curricular activities.

5. Administrative Duties

Ensure timely completion of attendance, grading, reports, and documentation.
Follow school policies, academic calendars, and examination procedures.
Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs.

Pay: ₹11,021.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
