Primary English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through creative and interactive methods.
• Incorporate phonics, grammar, and vocabulary-building activities suited to primary level learners.
• Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and collaboration.
• Integrate storytelling, audio-visual aids, and digital learning tools to enhance language learning.
• Prepare and evaluate worksheets, projects, and activities to support continuous learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and overall development.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, literary activities, and professional development programs.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, safety procedures, and CBSE academic standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English / Literature / Education (B.A. + B.Ed. preferred).
• CTET-qualified candidates preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level in a CBSE school.
• Skills:
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
• Classroom management and child-centered teaching skills.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.).
• Empathy, patience, and effective communication with young learners.
