Presentation Designer

You are a skilled Presentation Designer at ALLinMOTION Studios Pvt. Ltd. Your role involves shaping the visual aspects of high-quality documentation, such as presentations, proposals, pitch decks, whitepapers, eBooks/magazines, and other business documents. Your creative flair and ability to translate requirements into design are crucial for this position. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and understand project requirements - Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Develop designs for company portfolio deck, pitch decks for clients, various proposals, quotations, and other business documents - Work with copywriters and creative heads to produce the final design - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines in all documentation - Conduct research and gather data to support proposals and presentations - Manage document review and approval processes, incorporating feedback as needed - Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control and document organization **Requirements:** - 3 to 5 years of proven graphic and other designing experience - A strong portfolio of Design or other graphics - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) - Takes ownership and responsibility of the work assigned - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Qualification:** - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus,
