We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

You will play a key role in supporting children’s early development through age-appropriate activities that foster physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children age 2-5
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities
Observe and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
Promote positive behavior and support social-emotional development
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
