Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities. - Create a nurturing and safe environment for children. - Follow a curriculum that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. - Assess and monitor children's progress. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development. - Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere. - Provide individualized attention to children as needed. Requirements: - Any Degree or diploma in early childhood education. - Knowledge of child development and early education principles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
